My ears have finally stopped ringing

"Don't make me come down there and choke a bitch."

Those were the most memorable words spoken last night by Social Distortion frontman Mike Ness as concert-goers hassled the 27-year veteran as they rocked Minneapolis club 'First Avenue'. In true punk fashion he told a short story in only the way Mike Ness can midway through the hellfire set of tunes which included all of the hits, a new tune entitled 'Bakersfield' and an encore set including the Johnny Cash cover 'Ring of Fire' and punk anthem 'Story of My Life'. The aging punks kicked off their most recent tour with a stopless 90 minute set that began with the frontman throwing roses into the crowd.
