An update on the southern Minnesota flooding

I have been scanning the news for the past thirty minutes to update what I started earlier in the day about the flooding in southern Minnesota. Take a peak at the pics I uploaded, too. It's sad to see this devastation from a distance but I was living there the last time it happened. I remember the underpass two blocks away from where I worked being inundated with water. This time, the situation is worse. Check out the stories.

Austin's (MN) Cedar River to crest about 8 feet above flood stage

Sandbagging efforts in full force

Southern Minnesota's small towns effected by flooding

Roads and schools closed in the region

State of emergency in Freeborn county (MN)
