Radio hosts visit Twin Cities

Political season continues to ramp up in speed, importance and saturation. It's everywhere. I even stumbled across a Build Your Own Bush site. Check out my hastily assembled version of W.

In other news of importance, be sure to check out the website of the host of the "local show" of the Twin Cities' own affiliate of Air America Radio. Remember that Friday, October 1, 2004 the network drops AM 740 in Hudson and picks up KSNB AM 950 in Minneapolis. The network known as Straight Talk Radio also has some of its hosts coming to the area.

Tuesday, October 5 marks the day when Al Franken will broadcast his national show from the Pantages Theater in downtown Minneapolis. The Pantages is just a block or two from Target Center in the Warehouse District off of First Ave. Check out Al's show from 11-2 PM CT on AM 1530 & AM 950 (740 AM until Thursday night).

On Thursday, October 21st, Ed Schultz broadcasts his national show from Edina and the following day from St. Paul. Tune in from 2-5 PM CT for details on his upcoming visit and cross-country tour which ends on election day (November 2) in Miami, FL.
